My Story
Karen serves as Chairman and CEO of World Youth Foundation (WYF): Established in April 1990, WYF is a conduct in cultivating and developing the Whole Child, Mind, Body, and Character, while helping them to find their definitive voice.
Then, as a City of Houston employee, Karen received the Bravo Award in 2016, which is the highest award any employee can accomplish. As a Community Involvement Coordinator, she serves the small business community, and empower families on resources and opportunities under federally funded projects throughout Houston metropolitan area.

Karen manages a team of volunteers, partners, and advocates on local, state, federal, and global projects. Her unique style of assessing, evaluating, and deploying strategies have garnered a reputation for making the impossible possible.
